Drove up about 50 miles and had an early dinner with close friends. All food ordered's amazing, We gobbled almost all of the size entrees and desserts, the sesame balls in wine soup I normally a bit picky when it comes to pork menu, but the pork hock chicken soup's so good that I felt refreshed and energized. It's a definitely must try . Regardless it's a small place but it's cozy enough for the five of us gathering and catching up. And the staffs are nice and friendly too.

We came to Happy Kitchen for lunch around 2:30 PM and had a fantastic meal! We ordered the fried fish filet with seaweed, shredded beancurd with carrot & cucumber, beef roll, Mao's pork stew, lamb in cumin sauce, and honey walnut shrimp--and every dish was delicious. The fried fish filet was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a nice umami flavor from the seaweed. The shredded beancurd salad was light and refreshing, a great contrast to the richer dishes. The beef roll was flaky and packed with flavor, while Mao's pork stew was hearty and comforting. The lamb in cumin sauce had just the right amount of spice and aroma, and the honey walnut shrimp was perfectly crispy and coated in a deliciously creamy sauce. The portions were generous, service was friendly, and the food came out quickly. We'll definitely be back to try more dishes! Highly recommend!

Every time I pass by Happy Kitchen it is full of people and you can smell how delicious the food is all the way next door! The all the food was fresh, you could tell they make it to order. Tangerine Chicken was probably the best I've had, it came out really crispy and sweet. I'd want it a bit spicier but that's just me. Chow Mein had a nice tender noodle and great flavor, not too dry. Inside is a small restaurant with a few tables and there might be a wait but they serve the food so fast you'll be eating in no time.

Plenty of parking in a shared lot with albertsons. I like the sweet and sour fish and seaweed fish the most.

Cynthia and her Family has been putting the (very) HAPPY into our Chinese cuisine for over twenty yrs! We've made Happy Kitchen our go-to destination when hosting out of town relatives (my nieces + nephews love the large circular table, ideal for groups, that features a "lazy susan" style rotation..all the easier for quickly accessing their flavorful fare! While our faves are numerous, we highly recommend Happy Kitchen's: -Kung Pao Chicken, featuring freshly wok'd chicken, red and green peppers, scallions and peanuts in a dreamy, glistening sauce so good you'll wind up licking the plate! The Hot & Sour Soup, Orange Chicken, Green Onion Pancakes, Egg Rolls and Chow Mein are all equally delightful! Now that our young adult kids have moved out, we don't make it to Happy Kitchen as often as we'd like but it's still a great choice for takeout as well. Twenty years and a few dozen glorious meals cannot be wrong! Trust Cynthia and her family to leave you very happy and satisfied with your dining choice!

yummy food! love getting their popcorn chicken and rice here. they serve their popcorn chicken on top of a bed of rice with some ground meat with sauce. they also add tofu and some pickled greens on the side. the popcorn chicken has a lot of flavor but lacked a bit of crispiness, but that could just be because i got my food to go. the service is nice here and the inside is clean. haven't dined inside yet but will hope to do so soon

Nice casual restaurant serving delicious food. We enjoyed the good food and friendly and attentive service. My son likes the Taiwanese fried chicken and they have it here and it is very good. The fried tofu was very good as was the stir fried green beans. We also had the crispy pan fried noodles and they were very good. We had got food to go from here several times and it was our first time dining in. We will keep Happy Kitchen on our rotation !

Don't sleep on the soup!! (Bamboo soup with pork stomach & pork hock) It's my favorite thing on the menu. Best to try it with a group of 4 or more, since it's a giant portion. Also don't be dismayed if there's a wait. The restaurant is small but the staff does their best to serve tables quickly.
